Exit 17, Route 2 through South Hero, Grand Isle and North Hero, cross North Hero Bridge, take left on Route 129, travel 2-3 miles, cross Isle La Motte Bridge and follow signs to Saint Anne's Shrine

 

From St. Albans - Interstate 89

Exit 21 in Swanton, turn left off exit and remain on Route 78, cross the Swanton/Alburg Bridge and follow signs to Saint Anne's Shrine
